Sun Prints and the Basics of Photography

Join us in learning the basics of photography and how light plays a significant part in the process.  We will be experimenting with cyanotypes, which are one of the earliest forms of photography.  We will also get a look at Cordelia Stanwood’s glass plate camera from the early 1900s.  This is a hands-on program, and parents are welcome to participate. Afterwards, have a snack or lunch on the deck, meet Birdsacre's resident birds, or walk the trails.  Ages 10-14 (with an accompanying adult). Registration is required.
